Charity Lutheran Day of Service

On Saturday, October 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., we have three opportunities to reflect Christ’s love in our community:

Heaven’s Helpers Soup Cafe, Bismarck
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. 3 Volunteers Needed
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 4 Volunteers Needed
***these spots may fill up quickly since they are limited.

Stepping Stone Ministries, Bismarck***
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Volunteers needed for wall painting and/or prepping areas for painting.
Other volunteers can color pictures or write notes of encouragement for healing for those who will be receiving care.

Baking Cookies/Bars for Firefighters & First Responders at Charity Lutheran
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Charity will provide the basic ingredients (flour, sugar, eggs, etc...) please bring extra ingredients (chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc...), mixers, rolling pins, pans, cookie sheets needed for your recipe to ensure we have the proper bakeware.

Together, let’s give thanks to God for this new beginning and shine His light through our outreach to the Bismarck community. This weekend marks the start of an exciting journey of inter-generational faith and service at Charity Lutheran.

***Stepping Stone Ministries is a new non-profit founded to provide transitional care for individuals experiencing homelessness who are too ill to return to the streets or shelters but no longer require, or qualify for, acute care or other healthcare destinations in the Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding areas.
